Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or phone. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For large furniture returns, pickup and handling fees may apply.
